Admission Process

Registration for Admission

Collect the application form from the school office or download it from our website. Forms are available during school working hours.

Submission of Application Form

Submit the duly filled application form with all necessary documents as detailed in the form within the stipulated time period to the school office.

On Grant of Admission

Complete all admission formalities including payment of fees within the given period. Original documents must be produced for verification.

Required Documents:

✓ Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
✓ Previous Class Mark Sheet (except for Nursery)
✓ Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
✓ Aadhar Card of Student & Parents
✓ Recent Passport Size Photographs (4 copies)
✓ Address Proof

Age Criteria

The age is calculated as on 31st March 2026 for admission to the following classes:

Nursery

Minimum Age: 3+ years

🧒

KG (LKG/UKG)

Minimum Age: 4+ years

👦

Class 1

Minimum Age: 5+ years

Note: Age proof in the form of birth certificate is mandatory at the time of admission.

Admission Policy

For the benefit of parents, valid registrations shall be invited to pre-admission counseling in the form of a presentation followed by an interaction with the Principal.
The purpose of the presentation and interaction with parents is to share the vision, mission, and philosophy of the school and define expectations of each other.
Complete academic transcripts of the previous class of the student must accompany the application form (except for admission to Nursery).
Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, till the availability of seats.
Parents must ensure that all information provided in the application form is accurate and complete.
The school reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Once admission is granted, parents must complete all formalities within the specified time frame, failing which the admission may be cancelled.
Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances except as per school policy.

Important Note:

Parent-teacher collaboration is essential for the holistic development of the child. We expect active participation from parents in school activities and regular communication with teachers.
